NorMAN is managed by a board of senior computing services (or equivalent) representatives from each of the Consortium members. Representatives of the NorMAN Network Operator and the JISC funded Regional Support Centre also attend board meetings.
Operational faults may be reported to 0191 208 7630 by authorised staff of connected sites. This line is available 24 hours per day.
