Governance
NorMAN is managed by a consortium of the five higher-education institutions in the North East of England. Each institution has an equal say in the running of NorMAN. Newcastle University currently acts as the NorMAN Network Operator and holds contracts on behalf of the Consortium to deliver the services defined under the JANET Partner Agreement.
